Inventory is strictly managed. Unpaid and cancelled orders may affect your eligibility for future releases.

• Do I have to pay as I checkout and email the receipt as instructed? Yes. You also have 24 hours before the system cancel your order due to nonpayment. However, slots will be filled according to email timestamp of payment receipt, so it is advised to PAYO to officially make it into the first 25/50. Checking out in the website will not guarantee you a slot if the first 25/50 are already taken / paid for. 
• What to expect after sending my payment receipt / proof of transfer? You will receive confirmation email regarding your batch number (1st or 2nd), this could take a few days, so wait at least 2-3 days before following up. Emails in the priority list will be included in the first batch as long as the 25 slots are not yet fulfilled.

• Please note that I reserve the right to automatically cancel and refund your order if:  - you repeatedly rush or pressure me regarding your order despite the stated production and waiting times provided before checkout - you display rude, disrespectful, aggressive, or entitled behavior in any form of communication (email, social media, or direct messages)
